£250.00 per Property for the creation of tenancy and production of tenancy agreement.
£60.00 per Tenant for referencing.
A £600.00 - £1000.00 holding fee will be taken to put towards the first month's rent should the Tenancy proceed. This will depend on monthly rental amount.
Equivalent to one and a half month's rent. If the Landlord agrees to accept pets it is equivalent to two times the monthly rent.
